Crypto VPS FAQ

A crypto VPS is a virtual private server you pay for with cryptocurrency instead of a card or bank transfer. On Vpster you choose Linux or Windows, send an on-chain invoice from $20, and the USD wallet credits after confirmation. You then deploy from that balance. You will receive SSH or RDP after deploy — access is instant after the wallet debit.

Checkout accepts Bitcoin (on-chain), Ethereum, USDT on TRC-20, USDC on ERC-20, Solana, Litecoin, and Monero. There is no card, PayPal, or wire option. Crypto is the only settlement method.

You top up a USD wallet, not a floating coin invoice for the VPS itself. Checkout converts that USD amount to the coin you pick and locks the quote when the invoice is created. Quotes lock about 10 minutes for BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL, LTC, and XMR. USDT locks about 20 minutes. Send the exact amount and network shown before it expires.

Do not send to an expired invoice or the wrong network. Open a new top-up from the wallet if the quote died. If you already sent funds, open a ticket with the txid, coin, and network. Credits are not automatic. Confirmed on-chain payments are not reversed.

Yes, after you complete a first confirmed crypto top-up of $20. The Wallet page then shows a register link. When someone opens an account with that link and completes their own first confirmed $20 top-up, your USD wallet is credited $5. The link stays unlocked even if the balance later returns to zero. There is no welcome bonus and no cash-out. Signup alone does not pay. Admin credit does not unlock the link. One payout per referred account. Desk may hold or void abuse, and one account can earn at most ten referral credits in a calendar month.

We sell monthly cloud VPS only. Plans are listed and billed in USD. The catalog is 50% off the listed rate, and checkout settles in crypto.

Yes, when the cloud host offers them. WordPress, Docker, cPanel, Nextcloud, WireGuard, and other one-click images install on Ubuntu or Debian. The deploy catalog only lists live apps. Access is instant after the wallet debit. cPanel & WHM needs 4 GB RAM.

The public catalog lists every location. IPv4 stock is live — deploy shows which cities are in stock and which are out. Every instance gets a dedicated IPv4 on a 1 Gbps DDoS-protected port. A live box cannot change city. Destroy and deploy again if you need another region. Unused prepaid time is not credited automatically.

Typical lawful cases are trading bots and always-on scripts, Bitcoin or RPC nodes, Windows RDP desktops, and sites or panels when a card will not work. Every instance is a dedicated IPv4 on a 1 Gbps DDoS-protected port. Attacks, malware, phishing, CSAM, and unsolicited bulk email are banned.

Yes. Monthly includes Windows 10, Windows 11, and Server 2012 R2 through 2025 when the host offers them. Those images need 4 GB RAM or more. After first login, change the password and restrict port 3389.

Yes. Open the instance Snapshots tab — up to 5 snapshots, billed at $0.048 per GB per month. Power the box off first when you can; a live snapshot can be inconsistent. Clone makes a copy-on-write volume from a ready snapshot. Reset password keeps the disk. Rebuild or Change OS wipe the live disk and issue a new password.

Yes, on a live monthly instance. Open the box and choose Resize. CPU, RAM, and disk can only go up. The wallet pays the difference. After resize, this period is set to 50% of the host hourly × 720, and the renewal date stays.

Sign in and open the instance. Reset password asks the host for a new SSH or RDP secret without wiping the disk. If you accept a wiped disk, Rebuild the same OS. The new password is mailed and shown in the console. This public chat cannot send credentials.

Active instances debit the same USD wallet when the period ends. You get one email a day for the 3 days before that charge. If the balance is short, we email you and destroy the host VM when the period ends. Disks and IPs are gone. You can also destroy an instance from the console; unused prepaid time is not credited automatically.

Register with a working email, or continue with Google or GitHub. Email signup requires the activation link we send; Google and GitHub are ready as soon as you continue. We use that address for invoices and SSH or RDP credentials. Checkout is crypto only. Vpster is for lawful workloads only.

Unused prepaid time can be credited to your balance. Confirmed on-chain payments are not reversed on the blockchain. When we approve a refund, it is sent back in the same coin or as account credit. Time already used is not returned as a default rule. Downtime credit is goodwill on a ticket: if we confirm the outage from the incident log, we credit those hours to the wallet. It is not an automatic SLA. See the Terms.

Yes. Open the instance and choose Destroy. That deletes the host VM through the same API used for unpaid boxes. Disks and IPs are gone. Unused prepaid time is not credited automatically. You can also open a ticket if you want the desk to cancel it.

Sign in and open a ticket under Support. You can attach files and link an instance. Replies also go to the email on the account. Tickets are watched 08:00–22:00 UTC every day. First-reply target is 12 hours during those hours; after hours the ticket waits until the next window. That is a first-reply target, not a time to fix the issue.
