Cities

The public catalog lists every location. IPv4 stock is live at deploy. Hardware and the 1 Gbps port are the same in each region.

Wallet is not the network

Wallet credit follows the chain. After the debit, SSH or RDP is instant. Incidents that affect an instance are mailed to the account. Current probes and history are on /status.

Abuse

Report an IP with UTC time and a short description to the support inbox. Signed-in customers can also open a ticket.

Locations, hardware, and recovery

Which locations can I deploy in?

The public catalog lists every location. IPv4 stock is live — deploy shows which cities are in stock and which are out. Every instance gets a dedicated IPv4 on a 1 Gbps DDoS-protected port. A live box cannot change city. Destroy and deploy again if you need another region. Unused prepaid time is not credited automatically.

What hardware and network do the servers use?

Monthly cloud plans start at 1 vCPU / 512 MB and scale to 16 vCPU / 64 GB. Linux includes full root over SSH. Windows includes Administrator over RDP. Every instance gets a dedicated IPv4 on a 1 Gbps DDoS-protected port.

Do you offer snapshots or rebuilds?

Yes. Open the instance Snapshots tab — up to 5 snapshots, billed at $0.048 per GB per month. Power the box off first when you can; a live snapshot can be inconsistent. Clone makes a copy-on-write volume from a ready snapshot. Reset password keeps the disk. Rebuild or Change OS wipe the live disk and issue a new password.
