This policy applies to every Vpster account and instance — Linux, Windows, BSD, and one-click apps. It sits with the Terms. We may suspend or terminate for a breach or a valid legal order. Effective 4 September 2026.

We will suspend violating instances and cooperate with valid legal process.
Each instance gets a dedicated IPv4 on a 1 Gbps DDoS-protected port. That shield is for inbound junk. Do not originate floods, open relays, or unsolicited bulk email. Those are grounds for immediate suspension.
We may investigate reports, inspect logs, and suspend or terminate without a refund of consumed time. Serious abuse can close the account. A valid legal order can require us to preserve or hand over data — see Privacy.
