The public website is up. New deploys are accepting orders. No open incidents.
Desk has nothing in progress. Instance issues still go through a ticket.
This log stays empty until desk opens one. We do not ping customer VPS addresses.
Automated probes watch the public website and the host API used for new deploys. Three failed checks mark a component down. UptimeRobot also checks vpster.net from outside. We do not ping customer VPS addresses. Powered-off boxes are not incidents.
Desk opens an incident with UTC start, component, cause class (Vpster, upstream, or unknown), and whether customers were mailed. History stays on this page after close. If your instance was affected, open a ticket — confirmed outage hours can be credited to the wallet.
Tickets are watched 08:00–22:00 UTC, every day. First-reply target is 12 hours during those hours. After hours, the first reply is in the next watch window. That is a first-reply target, not a time to fix the issue. Open a ticket if your instance is affected.
Monthly from $2.66 — 50% off. Minimum top-up $20.
