Signup is one of three paths. The USD wallet is funded with the listed coins. That is the whole account story.
- Email, then the activation link we send
- GitHub
The Acceptable use policy still applies: no attacks, no malware, no phishing, no CSAM, no unsolicited bulk email. Desk can hold or destroy a box for those reasons even if the wallet is full. Paying in crypto does not lift the law in the server's jurisdiction or in yours.
We sell monthly Linux and Windows VPS with a crypto wallet. Your IPv4 still shows on the public internet.
What we collect
Email is enough to open the account. Email signup needs the activation link we send. If that mail is missing, check spam or resend from verify email. OAuth through Google or GitHub is the same account, not a second product.
Tickets after signup live in the console. You can attach files and link an instance. Replies also go to the email on the account. Before you have an account, use Contact.
We do not take cards, PayPal, or bank wire. The customer top-up floor is $20. Quotes lock about ten minutes, or about twenty for USDT. Confirmed on-chain payments are not reversed.
What we will not do
We will not help you hide from a lawful request. We will not pretend a dedicated IPv4 is untraceable. We will not reset a password for a mailbox we cannot confirm, and this public site will not print SSH or RDP secrets into a chat.
If a box is held, adding funds is not always the fix. Read When a VPS is suspended. If you still want a Linux or Windows instance, fund the wallet and deploy.
